Our History
Global provider of turnkey projects for fruit and vegetable packaging. We emerged following Tomra’s acquisition of Compac in 2017.

History and Background

Sienz is a global provider of turnkey projects for fruit and vegetable packaging warehouses, serving top-tier clients. The company emerged as a spin-off following Tomra’s acquisition of Compac Sorting Equipment in 2017. As part of this acquisition, the former Compac shareholders retained ownership of two businesses located in Spain and Uruguay, continuing as

manufacturers of peripheral equipment and exclusive integrators/agents for Tomra in these regions. In early 2022, Tomra and Sienz ended their exclusivity agreement, which took effect at the beginning of 2023. Toward the end of 2023, Sienz launched the Evo and Orbital platforms, beginning to deliver turnkey lines with its own sorter.
