Sebastian began his career at Compac in New Zealand in 2002 before returning to South America in 2006 to lay the foundations for Compac Latin America and later become a shareholder in Compac. Following Compac’s acquisition by Tomra in 2017, Sebastian co-founded Sienz and has led the team ever since.

Director
Marcus has made significant contributions to the mechanical design and development of the industry-leading classifier, holding several patents. Based in Spain since the inception of Sienz, he leads the global engineering team, continuing to drive innovation and excellence in classification technology.
Manuel Gonzalez
Global General Manager
For the past two decades, Manuel has been General Manager in several agritech companies, managing teams of over 900 employees and achieving sales of up to USD 250 million. He joined Compac Latin America in 2017 and then Sienz, where he improves the performance of sales and operations teams.
Eduardo Ruggiero
Chief Financial Officer
Eduardo brings over 15 years of accounting and tax experience, advising a wide range of companies. For the past 10 years, he has held CFO positions in the produce industry (Compac LA and Sienz). He specializes in global tax planning, compliance with international accounting standards and enterprise risk management.
